Our Supplier Directory has a list of registered suppliers who offer services and products that members can purchase using their e-Card funding from the getOutThere, getPhysical, getThis&That or getUpAgain programmes.

The directory is updated frequently, so please check back regularly to see the current suppliers.

Onboarding a supplier

The onboarding of a company or service provider is not a given – they need to meet the criteria for our programme, and they need to agree to being onboarded.

If you would like a company or service provider to join our e-card programme as a supplier, there are a few steps that we need to go through – and the process has a greater chance of success if we have your help.

 

 

  • The company/service provider will be checked by our staff to determine if they meet the criteria of our e-card programme. Here are some examples of the types of companies and service providers we accept as suppliers.
  • The company/service provider needs to agree to be onboarded and to pay a one-off $20 fee which covers eCard Solutions’ administration costs, and access to their help desk.
  • We will send onboarding forms to the company/service provider for them to fill in and send back to us. This may take some time. 

The average onboarding turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks, however there can be delays that are out of our control.

If you are asking for a supplier to be onboarded in the final month of a funding round please note that you should use your funding with another supplier as we cannot guarantee that a supplier will be onboarded in time.

Once the process is complete, we will contact you to let you know if the company/service provider has been onboarded or not.
