ECEs and Schools

Fundraise at your Early Childhood Centre or School

This October, we are asking schools to Go Green and Give Gold to raise awareness and show your support of Cerebral Palsy.
Cerebral Palsy is the most common childhood onset disability in Aotearoa. We are asking you to come together to celebrate acceptance, understanding and inclusion of tamariki with disabilities.
It can be as simple as holding a green-themed dress up day and collecting gold coin donations. Or if you want to go bigger, we have heaps of ideas for you.

Register your Early Childhood Centre or school, fundraise and be in to win!

Early Childhood Centres    Schools

Participating ECEs that raise over $50* will automatically go in the draw to win a $250
Creative Classrooms voucher
to spend on resources for their centre.

Participating schools that raise over $500*
will automatically go in the draw to win a
special visit from Danielle
 Aitchisonmultiple
Paralympic and World Para Athletics medallist
and 2026 Halberg Para Athlete of the Year.

Danielle will present at the winning school’s assembly and run an interactive activity session to leave your students inspired and with a renewed understanding and appreciation of accessibility and inclusivity.

All funds raised will support people with Cerebral Palsy to access everyday essentials, equipment, exercise, counselling, and transport. But perhaps most importantly, by spreading the word, you are directly promoting inclusion and empathy to our young people, making the future of disability inclusivity bright.

You can use these awesome Be Green & Be Seen school resources to help promote your green-themed event.
We’ve got colouring in sheets, mazes, word finds, fact sheets, certificates and more to help you bring your event to life for your students.

* Funds must be deposited by Friday November 13. Winners will be drawn on Monday November 16.
