Fundraise at work
This October, we are asking workplaces to Go Green and Give Gold to raise awareness and show your support of Cerebral Palsy.
There are more than 10,000 people living with Cerebral Palsy in Aotearoa New Zealand. We are asking you to come together to celebrate acceptance, understanding and inclusion of people with disabilities.
It can be as simple as hosting a green-themed morning tea or wearing green to work. You can collect gold coin donations, but why stop there?! How about a raffle to win the boss’s carpark for a week? You can find other ideas and posters to promote your event here.
All funds raised will support people with Cerebral Palsy to access everyday essentials, equipment, exercise, counselling, and transport. But perhaps most importantly, by spreading the word, you are directly promoting inclusion and empathy in your workplace, making the future of disability inclusivity bright.
