Christmas shutdown 

Christmas is right around the corner and we wanted to let you know our plans for the holidays.  

We will have a small number of staff working the week of Monday, December 19, and our entire team will be on holiday from midday on Friday, December 23.  

We’ll be back at our desks at 9am on Monday, January 9, with limited staff for the first week back.  

During the two-week shutdown period the phones and emails will not be monitored.  

If things get busy while we have skeleton staff on deck, we would be grateful for your patience.  

If you would like your e-card topped up for the Christmas/New Year period, or you have any other queries, please get in touch with us before 4pm on Thursday, December 22 to ensure we have enough time to help you.
