Support and information

The Cerebral Palsy Society of New Zealand supports people living with Cerebral Palsy – Hōkai Nukurangi, their families and other organisations in a number of ways. 

The getProgramme 

The Cerebral Palsy Society of New Zealand has a range of getProgrammes available to financial members via e-cards.

These programmes help mitigate the cost of living with Cerebral Palsy, by providing funding towards:

  • Mobility transport – getOutThere
  • Physical activities – getPhysical
  • Consumers and/or small disability products e.g. adaptive cutlery, footwear – getThis&That
  • Counselling for members with Cerebral Palsy and/or their primary caregivers – getUpAgain.

Other programmes

  • getStructured (Wills, Trusts and Power of Attorney)
  • getDriving – to provide driving lessons, enabling members to gain their Restricted Driver License
  • getMoving – customised exercise classes for 6-21 year olds in Auckland.
