NEWS & UPDATES

e-Card funding round – July 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026

30 Jun 2026

We’re delighted to let you know that the Cerebral Society’s Executive Committee has approved $200 getProgramme funding per member for the period from July 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026.

The current e-Card funding round ends tonight (Tuesday, June 30, 2026).
Please note, if you are making any last minute purchases, the funds must be redeemed off your e-card by the supplier by midnight tonight.
Any funds remaining on your e-Card at midnight will be removed.

To receive the next round of funding a member must:

  • Have a current/paid membership plan
  • Have an e-Card.

Automatic top ups (for those who received funding in the March 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026 round) will begin from tomorrow (July 1). You do not need to contact us. You will receive a text or email confirmation once your top up has been completed.

Anyone who did not receive funding in the March 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026 round, will not qualify for an automatic top up and will need to contact the Society from tomorrow (July 1) to request their e-Card is topped up.

Please be patient while we process the requests for e-Card top ups. We will be busy with calls, emails and forms to process and it may take a while to get through them all. We apologise in advance for any delays you experience.

Tips for using your e-card funding

There are a few important things to remember about e-card funding:

  • Funds can only be used at one of our onboarded suppliers and must be redeemed before the expiry date.
  • Please check your balance before you intend to use the funding. To check the balance go to https://ecardsolutions.nz/portal/cps/. You will need the membership number on the front of your card and the 4-digit access code on the back of your card.
  • Please do not throw your card away. The funds expire, not the card itself.
  • Once the new funding round has been loaded to your e-Card, funds will expire at midnight on October 31, 2026.

Please note, onboarding can take approximately four weeks, and you will not be able to use your e-Card with a company/service provider until the onboarding process is complete.

The getProgrammes

You can use the $200 funding on the following getProgrammes:

getOutThere
Designed to get people with Cerebral Palsy engaging with their community, getOutThere helps fund part of the transport company’s fare.

getPhysical
The aim of the getPhysical programme is to enable members to maintain, or improve, their physical ability and fitness.

getThis&That
This programme allows members with Cerebral Palsy to purchase small items that help manage the effects of living with Cerebral Palsy.

getUpAgain
Every now and then, things in life can get us down – but we have to get up again! This programme helps give access to, and finance, three to six counselling sessions.
