School Leaver’s Function

The Cerebral Palsy Society would like to invite any school leavers of any age with cerebral palsy to an afternoon tea. The occasion, which is open to members and non-members alike, will be held in the CPS office in Newmarket and is part of World Disability Day. We are hoping that we can make the transition from school easier for these individuals by giving them the opportunity to meet and network with other young adults with cerebral palsy. Furthermore, it is an opportunity for members and non-members alike, to learn more about the services offered by the Cerebral Palsy Society and to give feedback on what services they would like to see developed in future. Family members, caregivers, and transition caseworkers are welcome to accompany the students. Please share with you networks about our wonderful event.
